More details: I've had Lichen Planus on my feet since childhood. My parents say that I took some wrong medicines in my childhood and that is the side effect. I am now 33 years old. It was harmless except for a little itching sometimes. Since last 2 months I have red spots on all over my body except on head and face. A biopsy was taken and it proved Lichen Planus. Doctors gave me a cream for the skin and Isotretinoin 10 mg (1 tablet per day). I am under this therapy since 2 weeks but got no benifit and Lichen Planus is spreading more and more.
